Offer Terms

  • Any offer, promotion, code, special (“the Offer”) offered by The Elder & Estate Planning Law Firm (“We”) shall have the following Terms and Conditions:

  • No client/attorney relation exists before a consultation.

  • The Offer is contingent upon no conflicts of interest by the attorney.

  • The Offer runs for a finite period, as defined in the Offer Terms and Conditions below or on the coupon itself.

    • Holiday Special:

      • Start Date: 12/13/2017

      • End Date: 12/31/2017

    • 2018 New Year Special:

      • Start Date: 1/1/2018

      • End Date: 1/31/2018

  • The Holiday Special and New Year Special include one of each document, for a single person or married couple:

    • Simple Will

    • Healthcare Power of Attorney

    • Durable Power of Attorney

    • Living Trust (if applicable)

  • Offer must be mentioned at time of appointment booking for redemption.

  • If no end date is defined on the advertisement, coupon or voucher then the time limit for the offer is a maximum of 30 days after the campaign started.

  • The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

  • The Offer is available by appointment only.  Walk-ins will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to exclude any person from participating in the Offer on reasonable grounds.

  • We reserve the right to end the Offer or to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • The Offer is subject to availability.

  • The Offer can only be redeemed once by the same customer/account holder within the period of validity (unless specifically overridden by an additional Term and Condition).

  • The Offer name may differ across our marketing materials and as such, We

    • Reserve the right to change the wording without prior notice;

    • Reserve the right to define which offer the wording is referring to.

  • By applying for an offer, you are opting in to receive marketing material via email. You may unsubscribe at any time.

  • All fees are due upon receipt of an engagement letter, and work will not begin on any file until the retainer has been paid.
